A lead landing in your inbox isn't the end of the work we do on it — we keep re-checking the vehicle in the background and surface anything that changes.
After a lead is assigned, we periodically re-check the vehicle's DVLA record. If the logbook (V5C) has been reissued since the enquiry came in, that's a strong signal the car's already changed hands — so you're not left chasing a car that's gone.
We pull the vehicle's complete test history straight from the DVSA — every past MOT, advisory and failure, not just the current status.
Using the mileage recorded at each historic MOT test, we estimate the car's current mileage and give it a confidence rating — High, Medium or Low — so you can gauge value before you even pick up the phone.
